7.3.9 Heaviside step function

The Heaviside function is the step function H(x)= {

0	for x < 0,
1	for x≥ 0.

The Heaviside command computes the Heaviside function.

Heaviside takes x, a real number.
Heaviside(x) returns the value of the Heaviside function H(x).
